How does Usher get those unbelievable ripped 6 pack abs? Well,
Usher contributes his washboard abs to good genes, hard work
and discipline. Usher also does 1,000 ab crunches a day! Along
with these crunches, Usher also follows a strict cardio training
regimen which he calls "forty minutes of funk". This includes
stretching, skipping and jumping jacks. Once he is warmed up
with cardio, Usher then moves onto push-ups, leg raises and
tricep dips. Usher also gets a great cardio workout every time he
performs on stage where he is running, jumping and moving
through the entire show.

Not only is Usher's training intense but he also puts a lot of focus
into his diet. Usher's diet consists mainly of chicken breast , fish,
a moderate amount of carbohydrates (rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.)
and lots of fruits and leafy veggies. Usher says, "I'm very
disciplined. When I don't want to eat, I won't eat. I go on a fish,
chicken and broccoli diet, and throw in some carbs - preferably
sweet potatoes."
Christina Lindley's Diet:

1st meal:
3 Egg White Omelet with spinach, mushrooms, and onions with oatmeal
OR
Hi/Lo Protein Cereal with raspberries and soy milk


2nd meal:
Protein bar


3rd meal:
Lean turkey patty with spinach salad


4th meal:
Chicken and some kind of green veggie

Christina Lindley's Training Routine:

Circuit training for an hour 3 times a week, pilates, and yoga atleast once a
week, cardio training usually elliptical or treadmill on an inclince for 45 minutes
to an hour 4-6 times a week.

Heidi Klum has been training under David to lose the weight she gained in her pregnancies and to maintain her body.
Under Mr. Kirsch’s program, there are 3 phases that one has to undergo.
Phase 1 calls for eating five times a day and avoiding alcohol, bread, starchy carbs, dairy, coffee, added sugars, fruit, and most fats.
This phase lasts for 2 weeks. Phase 2 allows for adding one extra carbohydrate to the diet daily, as well as whole grains and some
healthy fats
Phase 3 is classified as the lifelong phase and allows for slowly introducing more variety into the diet, yet still sticks to high protein,

Tips on Maintaining a Low Fat Diet
a. Buy a vegetable cooking spray canister and fill it up with olive oil. Spray your food instead of spreading and dipping your food in
butter and olive oil.
b. Buy lean cuts of beef. Look for the word “loin” when you purchase red meat.
c. Only buy luncheon meat that has less than 1 gram of fat per 1 ounce serving. Chicken breast, turkey breast and lean roast beef are
fine. Stay away from bologna and salami.
Buy tuna packed in water instead of oil.
d. Remove the skin from poultry and lightly spray olive oil before cooking.
e. Stay clear of bottled salad dressing. Experiment with your own healthy recipes and apply with a fork instead of a spoon.
f. Brush your teeth or gargle with mouthwash. Taking a bad taste out of your mouth will also reduce the need to snack on those
forbidden foods!
g. Increase your exposure to natural light either through reading with a full spectrum light or taking a walk outdoors. Aim for at least an
hour a day...

about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!" While her fans are most certainly aware that Cyrus is not a medical
professional, it's valuable to fact-check her statement anyway. First of all, it is impossible to be allergic to
gluten. Those who have difficulty digesting gluten have either a condition called celiac disease or non-
celiac gluten sensitivity. About 1 percent of the population suffers from celiac and about 10 percent have a
less specific sensitivity, according to the Mayo Clinic. It's kinda funny that she claims that because as most
of us ED we already know that to say your allergic to a food is a trick we all use not to eat or eat something
that would cause weight gain. But so many think that leaving Gluten out of your diet is great... and you know

data listed in calories, kilojoules, or both.
A calorie is a unit of measure of the energy required to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1°C. A joule is a unit of electrical
energy, commonly used in the physical sciences, equal to the work done when a current of one ampere is passed through a
resistance of one ohm for one second. Of course we don't use energy to raise the temperature of water or pass current through a
resistance, but similar processes maintain our body temperature and perform other bodily functions.
Because calories and joules are so small, when referring to food and energy expenditure it has become common practice to refer to
them in multiples of 1,000. The term for 1,000 calories is kilocalories or kcal, and the term for 1,000 joules is kilojoules or kJ.
1 calorie = 4.184 joules
1 kilocalorie (kcal) = 4.184 kilojoules (kJ)
