3/5/2010 Emmanuelle Sophie Anne Chriqui (born December 10, 1977)
is a Canadian actress who has appeared on both television and in
cinema. Her roles on HBO’s Entourage as Sloan McQuewick, You
Don’t Mess with the Zohan as Dalia Hakbarah, Unscripted as herself,
along with two appearances on The O.C. as Jodie, have increased
her visibility and exposure in the entertainment world. In January
2010, she topped the AskMen.com Most Desirable Women of 2010 list.

Emmanuelle Chriqui, doesn’t seem to be ashamed to admit that like
most women, she has insecurities about her looks. In a recent
interview, the actress was quite forthright in saying that she likes
wearing make-up all the time. Knowing that she has blotchy,
blemished skin, she considers concealers and foundations her best
friends. She acknowledges her beautiful face isn’t perfect.


Emmanuelle Chriqui’s Fitness Training
It’s the same thing with her body. This star, voted as one of the
sexiest women in the world by Maxim Magazine and AskMen.com,
loves her cookies and ice cream, just like most women. She does
make sure, however that she takes the weight off or takes a weight
loss program seriously through exercise and following a strict
exercise program of pilates,  yoga. She also loves to dance and hike.
Actually those are some of her favorite exercise programs.

Emmanuelle Chriqui has had fitness training under her fellow
Canadian fitness trainer, Harley Pasternak, who has also done fitness
exercise routines with other stars like Angela Bassett, Stephen Dorff,
Jim Caviezel and Eliza Dushku.

Typically, Pasternak Fitness Program takes six days full of cardio
exercise and then in between these are exercise programs that have
to do with resistance training.

The exercise program begins with a warm-up. It consists of five
minutes of cardio exercise, usually with very moderate routines. This
is followed by a fitness exercise of stretching and then weight
training. For resistance, Pasternak, the fitness trainer, recommends
that the individual at least do cardio exercises for thirty minutes a
day, for five days.

Now these routines are then followed by different exercise programs
that are designed to keep the body toned,body part by body part.
They are roughly fitness routines done below:

Exercise program for the arms and shoulders
The back of the shoulders must be given attention to as this is often
the most neglected part. The fitness trainer recommends use of
exercise equipment like the dumbbell shoulder press, the laterals and
the shoulder files for this exercise. Make sure to also put extra work
on the triceps, rather than the biceps. This will help maintain a nice
posture. Too tight a bicep muscle, usually caused by too much
exercise, lets you have the tendency to slouch your body.

Exercise program for the legs
Doing a lot of leg exercise like lunges or leg presses keeps the
balance of the muscles between the thigh area and its back really
tight and coordinated. Don’t forget to pay attention to your
hamstrings when you do the fitness routine.

Exercise program for the abs
Contrary to what is common, the best thing you can do for your abs
is to do cardio exercise and then follow this with a good diet plan.
The abs is considered the most overworked muscle, and what keeps
it out of form is actually fat from the food you eat. Sticking to a great
diet makes your abs leaner. When it is this way, keeping it toned and
in tip top shape becomes easier. Do a variety of abs exercise such as
crunches or knee raises regularly.

Exercise program for the butt
Work out your butt so that it can keep with the toning of your legs.
Every time you do a fitness exercise like lunges and squats, you have
to also consider your bottom body part and lower back and include
this in your exercise routine.

Get the best fitness training for the best result. What is considered
best training should include a lot of variables in that the routines, how
long these exercises must be, the reps and the rest time are all
considered. The exercise program must be constantly changed so
that one doesn’t feel so stuck and unmotivated.

Emmanuelle Chriqui’s Diet Plan
The celebrity does not believe in crash dieting but do think that a
good diet plan must also include regular cleansing and clearing of

MY SKINNY:
I measure myself everyday to see where I am at.  I weigh myself everyday. I read all the diet information I can get my hands on and I check my body fat .
I concentrate on my
thinspiration and keep motivated. I stand on my head for ten minutes a day and do 50 push ups and 60 sit ups everyday without fail!!
This is something not proven but does seem to work for all who try it. I wear magnetic rings on different fingers for different results. This is something
that works for me. I wear to magnetic rings on both of my pinky fingers when I sleep and I do have a magnetic mattress pad this is supposed to prevent
all types of illness and eliminate swelling, not to mention keep you looking younger.
I keep a  food journal, this is a proven weight management tool everyone should try.
I
exercise everyday.I have a part time job as a "floater" in a gym. A "floater" is someone who just comes in to teach and leaves. It is great because I
work out for free, and I have to because it is my job.  I learned that if you gain muscle you lose more weight because your body continues to burn more
fat. I sleep at least 6 hours a night and drink plenty of water. To keep my skin healthy at bedtime I massage pure almond oil into the areas I want firmer I
also use some moisturizing products to really enhance the skin, and I take one aloe vera capsule two times a day to avoid looking older or you can
drink it for quicker results... Aloe juice.
I take a Cayenne supplement to boost my metabolism.I take a multi-vitamin and I drink a pro-biotic to avoid any yeast. Yeast can make you stop losing
weight even in
starvation mode.
When you don't eat very much your metabolism can slow down and you stop losing weight. Because heavy spices bother my stomach I take a
supplement. It is preferable to actually eat the spices. I use apple cider vinager on my salads and in a tincture to help better my digestion and quicken
my weight loss.
I suggest that everyone who wants to lose weight and look great, do some of the same. Try some of the
