Limit the size of your food potions. Kate Bosworth says she does not diet; instead, she changes her lifestyle. She eats small portions of food spread out over the day when she gets hungry. She eats whatever she wants, but she may only eat three bites of it. Eat plenty of proteins, vegetables and fruit to get your needed vitamins and minerals.
