"Kim Helped Me Lose 20 Lbs. In Four Weeks."
Khloe Kardashian, who is 5'9", says "I'm now a size 6, but I've been up to a
size 10 in the past." THE HORROR. The magazine photographs her wearing a
swimsuit by a pool standing on a scale in stilettos, arms raised triumphant
(Fig. 2). She says: "I don't want to be the fat, funny one anymore." Was she
ever fat? Anyway. Basically, she worked out and ate edamame instead of
pretzels, and a lot of grilled chicken. But, Khloe says: "I love my body, big or
small."

Kim Kardashian works hards to keep her curvy figure in shape, but says
people never believe she's only 120 lbs.

"If there's a picture that's not perfect, where I have cellulite, then people say
I'm big," Kardashian, 28, told Life & Style. "People attack my true size, but the
reality is that I look bigger on TV."

On her blog, Kim says she works out 3-5 times a week and does lots of lower-
body work to keep her thighs and butt toned. Kardashian writes: I start off
with running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes! I definately (sic) run 2
miles per workout, then I lift weights for about 30 minutes. I alternate
between arms and legs switching off every other workout. I then do a bunch
of stomach exercises and then stretch! When I get home I always do leg lifts,
lunges and squats!

Kim, who was once called a fat donkey by former Miss USA Shanna Moakler,
appears slimmer in recent bikini photos. The Keeping Up With the
Kardashians star attributes her toned-down physique to a healthier diet.

She blogs: It's not all about working out though, I definately (sic) have
changed my diet too! I eat less junk food, hardly any soda, and just try to eat
more protein. I definately (sic) cant give up sweets all together, so I just
toned them down!

Meanwhile, the 5'2" Kim insists she wears a size 27 jeans; her dress size is
2/4, and her measurements are 35-26-40. "I don't think people get how petite
I am because I'm so curvy," she says. "The No. 1 thing people ask when they
meet me is, 'Did you lose weight?' "

Kardashian, who recently released a trio of workout DVDs called Fit in Your
Jeans by Friday, insists true beauty comes from embracing your body shape--
no matter what it is. "The most important thing is not to be shy — work with
what you have," she says.

going to tell you how to lose 20lbs in a couple of weeks....If you
want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks you can do it in 2 ways with

1. Go on a juice based detox diet. This kind of diet cleanses your
body of toxins and undigested food while providing you with carbs
and sugars. Although this diet isn't suitable for a long duration, as
a "crash" diet meant to help you lose a lot of weight in a short

2. It you like working out and can spare the time, you can lose 20
pounds by doing a lot of cardiovascular activity over two weeks. I

you believe in yourself and are willing to put in a little effort, I'm
positive the you can do it.

The shifting calories method which is becoming very popular in the
United States is a unique diet method which was developed in
order to ensure a fast and continuous weight loss.

Why is that important? Because in contrary to other diet plans
which may provide a short term weight loss, the Calorie Shifting
Diet method ensures that you will not gain back the weight you
have lost and that you will continue to lose more and more weight
for weeks and months.

You will accomplish this weight loss without depriving yourself of
necessary nutrients and without damaging your health as other
diets may cause you to do.

The Calorie Shifting Diet method is based on changing what you

heard people asking why they are still so fat even though they are
doing 100 crunches or push ups every day. The reason was
because targeted exercises will only give general result. Certain
exercises can help to burn more calories even when you are
sleeping.

Procrastination is also another main problem to stop you from
losing weight successfully. People always say they will lose weight
tomorrow or next week. There is nothing to fear or worry about
losing weight, it can be fun and easy. There are many great ways to
