Leonardo DiCaprio is said to be determined to lose weight and be seriously skinny for his
latest role in the film “Inception”. Reportedly Leonardo DiCaprio was told to lose 30 pounds
fast- in order for Leonardo DiCaprio to look good on the film.

The 34 year old actor needed to burn the fat and get in shape for a fight scene in the
futuristic film where Leonardo DiCaprio plays a CEO type crook that has to deal with a
blackmail scandal. He was aiming for the 6 pack abs that had made him more popular when
the film “The Beach” showed.

It was noticeable that the DiCaprio had put on some weight gain as Leonardo DiCaprio grows
older each year after year and he was starting to look flabby and bulkier. And with the camera
adding pounds to a person’s weight, this will not look good in the movie. This calls for the
need to lose weight from his part. There is an action scene in the movie which was set to be
filmed by the end of the year and Leonardo DiCaprio needed to be in shape for that. Because
of this, DiCaprio was forced to go to a strict diet and is also doing a rigorous weight lose
workout.

Leonardo is one of those actors who are not afraid to change the shape of his body in order
to portray his roles well. When asked to gain weight or lose weight he would definitely be
game for it. That is the sign of a great actor, but it is also the sign of a very focus individual
that is also mentally strong to put his body thru such weight gains and weight losses.

“There’s an action scene coming up at the end of the year in which Leonardo DiCaprio needs
to appear emaciated, so the pressure is on. Leo isn’t the kind of guy who can just lose a

Leonardo DiCaprio Exercise Routine
DiCaprio got help from a personal trainer who sets up his weight loss exercises routine for
his needs. He claims that his weight loss exercise would work on a different part of the body
everyday but instead of wanting to tone his whole body the actor prefers to concentrate on
his legs and arms.

Leonardo DiCaprio also does strength training. He lifts weights, working on his upper body
and his arms. DiCaprio’s favorite exercises are curls, bench press and rear dips. These are
great fat burners as well. Instructors would agree to this weight loss exercise especially for
people who do strength training regularly. If you are not one of these people then it is best
that you start out slowly at first then work your way up to the challenge.

To have a toned body figure like Leonardo DiCaprio, you can start by working on your sheer
strength with bench presses, military presses and straight bar curls. You should not worry
about the number of sets and reps that you should be doing on your exercise fat burning
exercise. Just focus on going heavy and feeling the power of your strength.

On the second day you can start to condition and tone up with rear dips which you can do at
the end of the coffee table or the bed. It is recommended to do dozens of them so that you
can see some bulk in your triceps and upper back. Then do as many sit-ups and pull-ups as
you can.


Repeat this cycle for the third and fourth day and take a rest on the fifth day.
Diet

Day 2 – tone and condition with rear dips off the end of your bed or coffee table dozens of
them to blast your triceps and upper back. Then do sit-ups and pull-ups until you can’t do
anymore.
Repeat for two days, and then rest.

MY SKINNY:
I measure myself everyday to see where I am at.  I weigh myself everyday. I read all the diet information I can get my hands on and I
check my body fat .
I concentrate on my
thinspiration and keep motivated. I stand on my head for ten minutes a day and do 50 push ups and 60 sit ups
everyday without fail!!
This is something not proven but does seem to work for all who try it. I wear magnetic rings on different fingers for different results.
This is something that works for me. I wear to magnetic rings on both of my pinky fingers when I sleep and I do have a magnetic
mattress pad this is supposed to prevent all types of illness and eliminate swelling, not to mention keep you looking younger.
I keep a  food journal, this is a proven weight management tool everyone should try.
I
exercise everyday.I have a part time job as a "floater" in a gym. A "floater" is someone who just comes in to teach and leaves. It is
great because I work out for free, and I have to because it is my job.  I learned that if you gain muscle you lose more weight because
your body continues to burn more fat. I sleep at least 6 hours a night and drink plenty of water. To keep my skin healthy at bedtime I
massage pure almond oil into the areas I want firmer I also use some moisturizing products to really enhance the skin, and I take one
aloe vera capsule two times a day to avoid looking older or you can drink it for quicker results... Aloe juice.
I take a Cayenne supplement to boost my metabolism.I take a multi-vitamin and I drink a pro-biotic to avoid any yeast. Yeast can
make you stop losing weight even in
starvation mode.
When you don't eat very much your metabolism can slow down and you stop losing weight. Because heavy spices bother my
stomach I take a supplement. It is preferable to actually eat the spices. I use apple cider vinager on my salads and in a tincture to
help better my digestion and quicken my weight loss.
I suggest that everyone who wants to lose weight and look great, do some of the same. Try some of the
