This is what I mean by leather face. Yeah, icky.) * Scrub off in the shower, you normally have a pound of dirt/dead skin on you. * The use of a lot of eye make up can make your eyes bigger. The bigger your eyes look, the smaller your face will appear to others. * You can even make up your legs; yes, really, why not? Put a vertical line of oil on the middle part of your legs, so that it makes your bone shine. You will find that your legs, due to the extra shine, actually appear a bit longer! * The more volume you give to your hair, the better it will be for making your face look smaller. Once done, try to remember to play with it from time to time. * Wear black, black makes everyone look thinner * Don't be tempted to go baggy. The look will only add weight to your figure. Balance a full skirt with a fitted shirt. A long flowing top looks best with long lean pants. * Pleated pants are an absolute NO-NO. Flat front styles instantly tuck you in. Less fabric means less bulk. * Dark stretch jeans are comfortable and forgiving. Make sure you're wearing your correct size by checking the side seams. They should run in a straight line. A curving, crooked seam indicates that you need a different size or style. * Wear control top pantyhose even under pants and for the summer (when wearing pants) cut the legs off of them so it won't be so hot * Wear a girdle. * Wear platfarms/heels, taller you are the thinner you'll look * Bracelets can sometimes make your wrist look thinner also chokers can sometimes make your neck look thinner too * Wear wide leg pants. While at first it would seem that wide leg pants would make you look bigger than you are, in fact, the wide leg style in most cases creates a nice straight line, creating the illusion of longer legs. This, in turn, makes you look taller and is very forgiving. If you'd like something a little more interesting than traditional wide leg pants, look for cuffed leg. Style Note: Try to avoid cuffed pants if you are under 5'5. Cuffed pants tend to make short legs look shorter. * Wear bootcut/slight flare jeans. Jeans are an everyday item, and because they're worn so often, they should be the items that we put the most effort into buying. Boot cut jeans, and jeans with a slight flare, are going to be flattering on every body type. Again, we're going for long clean lines, and creating a soft silhouette, which really adds up to a pretty, slimming look. * Don't get caught up on size. A huge and very common mistake when shopping is that we get too caught up on the number on the tag, and not the fit. Sizing runs different in all stores, so make sure you try on a variety of sizes to get the best fit. Wearing something that's too small for you can make you look a lot bigger than your actually are, so make sure you find the right fit. * The longer the better. One of my personal pet peeves when it comes to dressing is pants that are too short. There are certain lengths for Capri's and flood pants, but the worst thing for your figure is pants that are too short, and cut off the leg. You want to make sure that your pants are long enough to cover most of your shoe. The longer, the better. See the reoccurring theme here? Long lines create long legs which creates a slimmer look! * Don't be clingy. When shopping for pants, try and look for pants made of heavier fabrics so they don't cling to your leg. There's nothing worse than fabrics clinging to your body, showcasing all of your flaws. Look for fabrics that are floaty and light, which tend to pull away from the body. * Focus on your assets. Every single one of us have wonderful assets that we want to play up. If you have gorgeous legs, go for a nice full knee length skirt or shorts. If you've got great arms, go for sleeveless tops. Got a great waist? Play it up with a blazer that cinches at the waist, or add a belt to pull it in. * Back pockets. This is also something else that is an afterthought for most of us. Pocket size on jeans can really make or break the jeans. Pockets can either make your bum look bigger or can really flatter it. When shopping, look for jeans that have decent size pockets, relative to size of the seat. Steer very clear of too tiny pockets that can make your bottom look huge. Instead look for fun cargo flap pockets or bigger pockets that are situated lower on the jeans to make your bottom look higher. Try on as many styles and washes as possible to ensure you get the best look. * A-Line isn't for All of us. A-line dresses and skirts were always known as the best skirts out there, that flattered everyone. Well, that's not always true. A-line dresses can create a tent effect and give you a shapeless look and add pounds within minutes. Always try on a dress before buying, and find out if A-line works for you. Style Note: Empire waist tops and dresses can create the same effect, so watch out for baby doll style tops. * Don’t use clothes that are too colourful, as that will only attract more eyes on the areas that you really would like to hide. * Loosen the pockets, and avoid filling them up. Full pockets add bulk, not the visual effect you are looking for when you are trying to look thinner. * Take those ace bandage like things and wrap it around your stomach (but not so tight it hurts, also don't wear pantyhose or girdle over it I learned it hurts bad) * Stand/sit straight it can make you look 10 pounds less... posture helps everyone look thinnner!! * watch the salt, it can make you contain water which will make you look a few pounds heavier

MY SKINNY: I measure myself everyday to see where I am at. I weigh myself everyday. I read all the diet information I can get my hands on and I check my body fat . I concentrate on my thinspiration and keep motivated. I stand on my head for ten minutes a day and do 50 push ups and 60 sit ups everyday without fail!! This is something not proven but does seem to work for all who try it. I wear magnetic rings on different fingers for different results. This is something that works for me. I wear to magnetic rings on both of my pinky fingers when I sleep and I do have a magnetic mattress pad this is supposed to prevent all types of illness and eliminate swelling, not to mention keep you looking younger. I keep a food journal, this is a proven weight management tool everyone should try. I exercise everyday.I have a part time job as a "floater" in a gym. A "floater" is someone who just comes in to teach and leaves. It is great because I work out for free, and I have to because it is my job. I learned that if you gain muscle you lose more weight because your body continues to burn more fat. I sleep at least 6 hours a night and drink plenty of water. To keep my skin healthy at bedtime I massage pure almond oil into the areas I want firmer I also use some moisturizing products to really enhance the skin, and I take one aloe vera capsule two times a day to avoid looking older or you can drink it for quicker results... Aloe juice. I take a Cayenne supplement to boost my metabolism.I take a multi-vitamin and I drink a pro-biotic to avoid any yeast. Yeast can make you stop losing weight even in starvation mode. When you don't eat very much your metabolism can slow down and you stop losing weight. Because heavy spices bother my stomach I take a supplement. It is preferable to actually eat the spices. I use apple cider vinager on my salads and in a tincture to help better my digestion and quicken my weight loss. I suggest that everyone who wants to lose weight and look great, do some of the same.
