CELEBRITY GOSSIP AND TRENDS IN WEIGHT LOSS...
At first you may not believe what you are saying (like “I
am wealthy and have an income of $300,000 a year”, or “I
am in a beautiful relationship with a partner who loves
and respects me”).  But when you keep on repeating
them over and over, in addition to physically changing
your brain, you actually start to act in accordance with
what you are saying, and you will create what you are
seeking in your life.  As John says, “Fake it until you
make it.” By repeating your affirmations several times a
day (preferably when your mind is in a receptive alpha
state such as early morning or just before you go to
sleep) you can change any limiting beliefs you have
about yourself.

Do you believe you are the way you are because of your
parents, your society, your upbringing?  Do you think
you have no choice on how to create your future?  Do
you constantly repeat things over and over to yourself
like, “I’m so fat”, “I’m not good enough”, “I don’t deserve
to be rich”, or “I’m this way because of ‘XYZ’”?  Even in
jest we say to our friends and acquaintances ”I lose
everything!” or “I am always late!”  And you know what?  
It becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy.

If you answered yes to any of the above, then you have
created that situation in your life. It’s not because of your
parents, or how you were raised!  It’s your thoughts that
have created this situation for you.  Your thoughts can
change your future - for better or for worse. So you might
as well think the positive thoughts that will help you
create a better future for yourself!

If you think you are not good at manifesting, think again.  
You are excellent at manifesting!  Everything you already
have, you have created, both the good and the bad. If it’s
not to your liking, then that’s the time to do some soul
searching and ask yourself how you are talking to
yourself, especially on a subconscious level.
